Hulling Coffee

1. DRY: put coffee seed which cleaning and drop rotten seed and keep seed air on cement field or sieve use time 3-4 weeks.dry seed coffee call (soil coffee) and keep in godown or silo this method use in Brazil,Indonesia,Ethiopia and Yemen

2. WET: peel shell which stained with coffee seed and ripen coffee seed keep water about 20-30 hour in cement bucket cause shell soft.this method as clean and smell of coffee is procedure generate from Jamica,Hawaii,Kenya and Java 

3. MIX: like(2) but not use cement bucket and have coffee taste contest at Brazil.Superb coffee that use this method
